Whether you have a fully realized design or just a simple concept, I can provide a rendering in a variety of styles including photo-realistic, sketch line work, simple flat style or even a water color effect. We’ll determine which exterior and interior views you need and which perspective will give the most impact while still communicating the space.
Plans & Elevations
Coloring black and white plans and elevations can be an effective way to communicate your design. Transforming them into a visual story can be as simple as adding some color blocks and call outs, finish materials and shadows or a 3D section. We can work out a look for your plans and elevations showing what they are rather than just telling you.
Presentations
Once we have all the components together, it’s important to be able to present them in a meaningful way. You want to walk your clients through the design but you also need to captivate them so they don’t lose interest. Having a great presentation package is key to making you stand out. Working out the flow, the style and the right information will set you up for success with potential jobs and existing clients alike.
Animations & VR
Creating a truly immersive space has changed the face of the design world. With the ability to put on a 3D headset, we can now actually feel the spaces we create. Lets talk about how a virtual walk through or a 360 panoramic can have an enormous impact on how to sell a project.
An animated video can also help explain the design. We can work out a storyboard for how to present the information and emphasis what’s most important while being impactful and captivating.
Graphics
Sometimes you need a little more than just stock images to complete your vision. We can collaborate on ideas that define the design.
